Raw and fresh are the starting point of The Green Room and form the basis of surprising and tasty dishes. Focus on homemade and where possible organic with as much use of the whole product as possible. Local products are used as much as possible and the menu changes every 4 weeks.
Chef Bennie takes care of the gastronomy with love. At the table or at the bar at The Green Room, you can almost feel the heat from the stove thanks to the open kitchen! The last remnants of sleep are chased away with breakfast, a cup of Koepoort coffee or herbal tea fresh from the tea wall.
