The Black Tie has been open since May 10, 2018 in the center of Assen. You will find them at the Markt in Assen, behind Vanderveen Department Store in the Weiersloop. After a few months they switched to only surprise menus and we offer the choice between a 4, 5 or 6 course surprise menu. We cook consciously and are very involved with nature and the seasons. We only work with fresh products and animals that have had a good and free life. Benjamin checks all livestock farmers himself and only works with suppliers who treat their animals well. You can also taste this in the dishes. The Black Tie has already appeared in many different reviews and is in several restaurant guides. Our team is young but very experienced and will always put you first. If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, please report this at least one day before your visit so that we can put together a different menu for you. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible on the evening itself.
