My name is Tim. I provide personal training and have also set up my own Krav Maga training school. I have completed a training to become an all-round sports instructor and I have been apprenticed to a professional bodybuilder & physiotherapist for even more expertise. I learned a lot in practice there. I have always found the workings of the body fascinating. I think it’s important that we look at what works for you, so that you can stick with it. This applies to both weight loss and muscle building.
Whether you can achieve your goals does not only depend on our training and your diet. It also depends on the rest of your life and your mindset!
