My 3 month trajectory is designed to drastically change your diet, and not to change it temporarily. I make sure that you structurally adjust your behavioral patterns, that you develop the right Mindset with regard to nutrition and exercise and that you learn to take control of your own diet. Together we look at how we can develop a pattern that fits your lifestyle so that you live healthier, fitter and happier. I offer you coaching of the highest class where I coach a maximum of 3 clients per day so that I can deliver the best work. During the entire process, personal attention is of paramount importance and I am available 24/7. I also have an extensive network with which I regularly bring parties together to improve collaborations and performance. I don’t work with a template, because I am convinced that everyone has different needs. I adapt my coaching to this so that my clients actually receive the guidance they need. It is important to know that I do not work with powders, pills and meal replacements, simply because I do not believe in them and because there is more than enough delicious food to work with.
