Pointed peppers soup

This pointed pepper soup has a nice sweet taste and is made very quickly. It is on the table in less than half an hour.

The ingredients you need:

2 pointed peppers
3-4 tomatoes
1 liter stock (vegetables)
1 garlic clove
1 onion
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp parsley
pinch of salt and pepper

The instructions:

Cut the bell pepper, tomatoes, onion and garlic into pieces.
Pour a dash of oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic.
After a few minutes, add the bell pepper and tomato.
Fry for a while and then add the stock and spices.
Bring the soup to a boil and cook the soup for 15 minutes.
Puree the soup with a stick blender.
dash of cream through the soup.
