Cut the bell pepper, tomatoes, onion and garlic into pieces.
Pour a dash of oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic.
After a few minutes, add the bell pepper and tomato.
Fry for a while and then add the stock and spices.
Bring the soup to a boil and cook the soup for 15 minutes.
Puree the soup with a stick blender.
