Side Plank

  1. Start on your side with your feet together and you hand placed directly under your shoulder.
  2. Keep you core tight and your hips raised creating a straight line from your head to your toes.
  3. Now hold the position without letting your hips drop your the distred amount of time before repeating and switching to the other side.
