Kneeling Push Ups

  1. Get on your knees and place your hands on the floor aligned with your shoulders.
  2. Hands slightly wider than shoulder width apart.
  3. Contract your core and keep your hips engaged to form a straight line from your knees to your shoulders.
  4. Keep your elbows close to your body as you bend them to lower yourself down until your chest nearly touches the floor.
  5. Then push yourself up to the starting position.
