In and Out Jumps

  1. Stand with your feet together.
  2. Then bend your knees jump up separating your feet in mid air.
  3. Lain with your feet wider than shoulder width apart lowering into a squat.
  4. Now jump up out of the squat and land back in the starting position and repeat this for the desired amount of reps.
